Ingredients

Purple Cabbage

Onion

Carrot

soy sauce

oyster sauce

apricot preserve (or honey)

Sriracha

tamari

egg

ginger

sesame seeds (optional)

sesame oil

Procedure

  • Grate carrot
  • lop off a slice of cabbage (about a cup)
  • rough chop onion (about a half cup)
  • saute onion and carrot
  • add and toss sriracha, honey, salt & pepper, ginger, apricot or honey, tamari, oyster sauce, soy sauce
  • beat two eggs, pour on top and let set
  • once egg forms a bit, toss to combine
